Three stars for the online shopping which was seamless and the delivery with the courier company was quick and efficient. The size of the gloves however was terrible! I ordered XL and the gloves were at best a medium. Not worth returning the item which would have added up to 50% of the purchase price although the price was a good price. I don't normally buy cloths and gear online because of potential sizing issues.

Great service and products from Atlas Gear but pitty about the courier services over who they have no control. Once the parcel had arrived in East London after three days of waiting and numerous calls I went and fetched it from the depot myself.

No problem with placing the order and was always kept up to date with the progress of the delivery. Unfortunately there was one minor hiccup with one of the items being incorrect. Easy mistake to make as both items look almost identical. This is when I was truly impressed, minutes after sending an email to report the mistake I got a reply from Catherine who told me that the correct product was on its way and they would arrange the incorrect one to be picked up. We all make mistakes and what impressed me we was how quickly they rectified it. Well done and thank you for the great service. If I could I would have give you 6 stars.

Absolutely fantastic is putting the experience mildly. I placed an order, received regular updates, and received the correct goods on schedule in perfect condition. After the first delivery I realised I needed additional items for my first purchase to work which I couldn't find on their website.
After mailing them, they not only found the items for me on the same day, they sent me the quote, and even offered to personally deliver on the same day so I could have it before the weekend.
