Ordered a Givi top box and rear rack for BMW G310r. It arrived on the second day (impressed). I thought the box was faulty (i didn't know how to lock it). I reported the issue through their whatsapp line and a lady phoned me back and guided me on how to unlock and lock the case. I'm definitely gonna buy my motorcycle parts/gear/oils from Atlas Gear from now on. They just need to negotiate their courier charges with their partners.

Just ordered crash bars from this team and the service so far has been amazing. My assistant mailed them over the long weekend for crash bars and even got installation instructions for the crash bars before purchasing. I WhatsApped them over the long weekend and also got responses. This is top notch service, use them. You won't be disappointed!

No problem with placing the order and was always kept up to date with the progress of the delivery. Unfortunately there was one minor hiccup with one of the items being incorrect. Easy mistake to make as both items look almost identical. This is when I was truly impressed, minutes after sending an email to report the mistake I got a reply from Catherine who told me that the correct product was on its way and they would arrange the incorrect one to be picked up. We all make mistakes and what impressed me we was how quickly they rectified it. Well done and thank you for the great service. If I could I would have give you 6 stars.

Absolutely fantastic is putting the experience mildly. I placed an order, received regular updates, and received the correct goods on schedule in perfect condition. After the first delivery I realised I needed additional items for my first purchase to work which I couldn't find on their website.

Always a pleasure doing business with Atlas Gear but unfortunately the couriers service they use leaves the last impression. Was it not for this it would be 5 stars.

Three stars for the online shopping which was seamless and the delivery with the courier company was quick and efficient. The size of the gloves however was terrible! I ordered XL and the gloves were at best a medium. Not worth returning the item which would have added up to 50% of the purchase price although the price was a good price. I don't normally buy cloths and gear online because of potential sizing issues.
