Customer Services


We accept return/exchanges on any unsuitable items within 30 Days whereby an exhange or refund will be made. All good must be returned in the original packaging with all labels, manuals and parts as received. Should items be returned in a damaged or incomplete state whereby we cannot resell the item, Atlas Gear reserve the right to decline the exchange/refund or else offer only a partial refund.

Should the item you receive be damaged or faulty please notify us as soon as possible via email or telephone call. We will arrange the collection and replacement of the item.

Should in the unlikely event we ship the incorrect item to what you ordered we will arrange the collection and ship the correct item at our cost.

The customer is liable for the return shipping costs unless items are faulty or damaged. Refunds will be processed only once we have received the goods and inspected the items. Refunds will be issued less return shipping costs.

Items bought on Sale or clearance may not be returned or refunded.

Items purchased with a gift voucher may only be exchanged, no cash refunds will be given.

We will be unable to fulfil any orders from the 26th March onwards. 

Any orders received over the shutdown period will be processed and shipped on the 17th of April.
