Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Atlas Gear.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. So, you placed your order and waited for the delivery. Now you have it in hand and something isn’t quite right. No problem, we are here to help. You can return any new, unused, and unaltered item within 14 days of purchase.


You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. You, as the customer, are responsible for courier fees for getting the product back to the Atlas Gear Main Office for inspection, a 10% return fee will be applied to all goods correctly supplied. Unfortunately, the 10% return fee is a charge we incur and must be covered. Items that are on sale/special, are a special order or discounted may not be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We understand that there is nothing better than digging into a box filled with new gear, but should you be unsure of sizing or fit please remember that any items “taken for a test-ride” is now used and may not be returned. Please feel free to try on boots and helmets but do so inside before heading out on your motorcycle. Any products returned that show signs of use (smell, hair, sweat lines, bug splatter, scratches and scrapes, alterations etc.) or in any condition different to how you received it will not be accepted for return.

Your item must be in the original packaging, this includes all tags, stickers and plastic packaging to be like new. Items that are returned that do not fit the above criteria will be liable for an additional processing fee of 25% of the item value, alternatively we will send the item back to you, in this case you will be charged for the courier fees incurred. 

Sale/Clearance/Soiled or Demo items are non-returnable. Please be in contact with customer care should you have a query regarding this kind of item.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.



Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. This generally takes about 2-3 working days after receipt of the item. We try our best to get the returned item assessed and processed as quickly as possible and will be in contact with you every step of the way.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund in the form of store credit or a refund to your orginal method of payment. Please note that refunds take about 2-3 working days to process and a further 7-10 working days (bank dependent) for your bank to process the refund too.

You will receive an Atlas Gear credit note as soon as we have fully processed the refund and return.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. This is not negotiable in any form. Shipping costs are non­refundable. We advise a courier service that offers item insurance and a tracking number for your return delivery. Please forward the tracking number to us, so that we may have it on hand in the unlikely event that the item is not delivered.


After returning your item successfully, via our returns process, you will be eligible for an exchange of the item. If you are unsure of sizing, fit or if you have any questions about the product please get in contact with our team. We are happy to help and want to make sure that your product is exchanged for something that you are 100% happy with.

The purchaser is responsible for all shipping/delivery costs in the event of an exchange of your original order

Electronics, parts, tools and accessories

Any product which has been removed from the original packaging or where the manufacturer seal has been broken is non-returnable.

Any product which has wear, scratches or alterations of any kind due to being installed or trying to be installed is considered used and therefore non-returnable.

Items that have been opened and the packaging destroyed, torn or cut are considered used and are non-returnable.

Unfortunately, you are still responsible for all shipping/delivery costs in the event of an exchange of your original order.

Defects and warranty

Each manufacturer has a detailed warranty policy, we encourage all buyers to visit the relevant websites to view these policies. Atlas Gear will assist customers where possible but we are not responsible for warranties from the manufacturer. If you are unsure if your product is covered please get in contact with our team and we will help as best we can.

Damaged items

In the very unlikely event that your product arrives damaged please get in contact as soon as possible. We will need for you to take pictures of the item and packaging as well as keep all the original shipping containers (boxes, sleeves etc.) for inspection. Damaged item claims need to be handled by the courier company and the customer. Atlas Gear will do our best to assist the customer, but this can take time – and at times this process may take longer than expected.
