Base with universal retaining system to be used with a TANKLOCK bag on the passenger portion of the seat.

It can be put on and taken off in less than 5 minutes, without using any tools.
It is compatible with most KAPPA bags with a TANKLOCK system with a flat base, but not with those with a contoured/curved base.
